Zavr&#353;ila je tekst tvrdnjom da njezino tijelo nije pokvareno  da se mijenja. To je istina, ali je nepotpuna. Jer iza svakog simptoma koji je nabrojala stoji konkretan, mjerljiv fiziolo&#353;ki mehanizam. A iza svake terapijske odluke stoji omjer koristi i rizika koji se mora razumjeti, ne samo prepisati. Ovaj tekst je za one koje &#382;ele cijelu sliku.</p><div><hr></div><h2><strong>1. Za&#353;to perimenopauza nije &#8222;pad hormona&#8221; nego hormonski kaos</strong></h2><p>Naj&#269;e&#353;&#263;a pogre&#353;ka u javnom razgovoru jest da se perimenopauza opisuje kao postupno, linearno opadanje estrogena. Nije tako. Perimenopauza je <strong>fluktuacija</strong> razine estradiola znaju biti vi&#353;e nego ikad, pa naglo pasti, a progesteron opada br&#382;e i ranije jer ovulacija postaje neredovita . Upravo ta <strong>nestabilnost</strong>, a ne sam pad, obja&#353;njava za&#353;to su simptomi tako nepredvidivi. Mozak je naviknut na ritam; kad ritam nestane, sustavi koji ovise o estrogenu po&#269;inju zakazivati jedan za drugim.</p><h3><strong>Neurolo&#353;ka dekonstrukcija</strong></h3><p>Estrogen nije &#8222;&#382;enski hormon&#8221; u smislu reprodukcije on je <strong>neuromodulator</strong>. Receptori za estrogen postoje u gotovo svakom tkivu, uklju&#269;uju&#263;i mozak, kosti, srce i krvne &#382;ile. Konkretno:</p><ul><li><p><strong>Serotonin:</strong> estrogen pove&#263;ava i sintezu i osjetljivost receptora. Pad &#8594; depresivnost, anksioznost, razdra&#382;ljivost .</p></li><li><p><strong>Dopamin:</strong> estrogen modulira dopaminergi&#269;ki sustav. Pad &#8594; gubitak motivacije, &#8222;brain fog&#8221;, ote&#382;ana koncentracija .</p></li><li><p><strong>GABA / allopregnanolon:</strong> progesteron se u mozgu pretvara u allopregnanolon, sna&#382;an aktivator GABA receptora  prirodni sedativ. Pad progesterona &#8594; nesanica, poja&#269;ana reaktivnost na stres .</p></li><li><p><strong>Hipotalamus:</strong> pad estrogena &#269;ini termoregulacijski centar hiperreaktivnim &#8594; valovi vru&#263;ine i no&#263;no znojenje .</p></li></ul><p>Ovo je klju&#269;: kad &#382;ena ka&#382;e &#8222;ne prepoznajem se&#8221;, ona ne preuveli&#269;ava. Doslovno joj se promijenila neurokemija.</p><div><hr></div><h2><strong>2. Hormonska nadomjesna terapija: dekonstrukcija smjernica, bez mitova</strong></h2><p>HNT je vjerojatno najpogre&#353;nije shva&#263;ena terapija u modernoj medicini. Nakon WHI studije 2002. godine, strah je desetlje&#263;ima dr&#382;ao &#382;ene podalje od terapije koja je za ve&#263;inu sigurna i u&#269;inkovita. Smjernice NAMS, IMS i EMAS/ESE (2023&#8211;2025) danas govore druga&#269;ije .</p><h3><strong>&#352;to HNT dokazano radi</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Smanjuje vazomotorne simptome (valunge, znojenje) za <strong>70% i vi&#353;e</strong>, &#269;esto unutar nekoliko tjedana .</p></li><li><p>Smanjuje rizik od osteoporotskih prijeloma za <strong>30&#8211;60%</strong> .</p></li><li><p>Uz rani po&#269;etak, povezana je sa smanjenjem kardiovaskularnog rizika i ukupne smrtnosti .</p></li><li><p>Dodatne koristi: smanjenje rizika od dijabetesa tipa 2, raka debelog crijeva, GSM-a i infekcija mokra&#263;nog sustava .</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Oralno vs. transdermalno &#8212; za&#353;to je put primjene presudan</strong></h3><p>Ovo je dio koji se naj&#269;e&#353;&#263;e presko&#269;i u ordinaciji. <strong>Oralni </strong>estrogen prolazi kroz jetru (first-pass metabolizam) i nosi ve&#263;i rizik od venske tromboembolije i mo&#382;danog udara .<strong>Transdermalni </strong>estrogen (flaster, gel, sprej) zaobilazi jetru, daje stabilniju razinu hormona i <strong>nema zna&#269;ajan utjecaj na zgru&#353;avanje krvi</strong>. Zato suvremene smjernice preferiraju transdermalni put kod &#382;ena s povi&#353;enim kardiovaskularnim rizikom .</p><h3><strong>Pravilo koje se ne smije prekr&#353;iti</strong></h3><p>Kod &#382;ene <strong>s maternicom</strong>, estrogen se <strong>uvijek </strong>mora kombinirati s gestagenom (mikroniziranim progesteronom) &#8212; ina&#269;e raste rizik od hiperplazije i raka endometrija. Kombinacija taj rizik gotovo u potpunosti eliminira . Kod &#382;ene bez maternice, estrogen se mo&#382;e koristiti sam.</p><h3><strong>Rizik od raka dojke  kontekst, ne strah</strong></h3><p>Rizik je <strong>blago povi&#353;en </strong>kod dugotrajne (&gt;5 godina) kombinirane terapije, dok je kod monoterapije estrogenom minimalan ili &#269;ak smanjen . Rizik raste s trajanjem i vra&#263;a se na po&#269;etnu razinu nekoliko godina nakon prestanka . Za usporedbu: dnevna konzumacija alkohola i prekomjerna tjelesna masa nose usporediv ili ve&#263;i rizik &#8212; ali o tome se rijetko govori istim tonom.</p><h3><strong>Timing hypothesis  &#8222;prozor terapijske prilike&#8221;</strong></h3><p>Ovo je najva&#382;nija spoznaja posljednjeg desetlje&#263;a. Omjer koristi i rizika HNT-a najpovoljniji je kada se terapija zapo&#269;ne <strong>unutar 10 godina od menopauze ili prije 60. godine &#382;ivota</strong>. U tom prozoru HNT donosi maksimalnu kardiovaskularnu i metaboli&#269;ku za&#353;titu uz minimalne rizike. Kasniji po&#269;etak ne donosi iste koristi i mo&#382;e pove&#263;ati rizik od tromboembolije i kardiovaskularnih doga&#273;aja .</p><h3><strong>Apsolutne kontraindikacije</strong></h3><p>Aktivni ili prethodni rak dojke, estrogen-ovisni tumori, aktivna/prethodna venska tromboembolija, nedavna arterijska tromboza, neobja&#353;njeno vaginalno krvarenje, te&#353;ka bolest jetre i trudno&#263;a .</p><div><hr></div><h2><strong>3. Metaboli&#269;ki zaokret: za&#353;to se mast seli na trbuh</strong></h2><p>Pad estrogena pokre&#263;e tri istovremena procesa :</p><ol><li><p><strong>Sarkopenija</strong> &#8212; gubitak mi&#353;i&#263;ne mase i snage, jer estrogen poti&#269;e sintezu proteina.</p></li><li><p><strong>Usporavanje bazalnog metabolizma.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Redistribucija masti</strong> &#8212; s bokova i bedara na visceralno podru&#269;je oko trbuha.</p></li></ol><p>Visceralna mast nije samo estetski problem. Ona je metaboli&#269;ki aktivna i proizvodi upalne citokine, &#353;to pove&#263;ava rizik od dijabetesa tipa 2, metaboli&#269;kog sindroma i kardiovaskularnih bolesti . Otud i osje&#263;aj &#8222;dobivam na te&#382;ini bez promjene prehrane&#8221; jer se promijenila sama metaboli&#269;ka podloga. <strong>Terapijski odgovor</strong>nije dijeta gladovanja, nego: trening snage 2&#8211;3&#215; tjedno za o&#269;uvanje mi&#353;i&#263;a, dovoljan unos proteina i redovita aerobna aktivnost.</p><div><hr></div><h2><strong>4. Napredni kardiolo&#353;ki markeri  ono &#353;to standardni nalaz presko&#269;i</strong></h2><p>Ovdje dolazimo do dijela koji me  najvi&#353;e brine. Rizik od infarkta i mo&#382;danog udara kod &#382;ena <strong>dramati&#269;no raste nakon menopauze</strong> izjedna&#269;ava se ili prema&#353;uje rizik kod mu&#353;karaca iste dobi. A simptomi infarkta kod &#382;ena &#269;esto su <strong>atipi&#269;ni</strong>, &#353;to vodi kasnijem prepoznavanju i lo&#353;ijim ishodima. Gubitak estrogenske za&#353;tite dovodi do pogor&#353;anja lipidnog profila (porast LDL-a i triglicerida, pad HDL-a), pove&#263;ane krutosti krvnih &#382;ila i porasta krvnog tlaka .</p><h3><strong>Bazni screening od 40. godine (prema smjernicama)</strong></h3><p>Vodi&#269; preporu&#269;uje: izra&#269;un 10-godi&#353;njeg rizika (<strong>SCORE2</strong>, ASCVD kalkulator), godi&#353;nji lipidni profil, glukozu ili <strong>HbA1c</strong>, mjerenje krvnog tlaka pri svakom pregledu, ITM i opseg struka barem jednom godi&#353;nje, te denzitometriju kod pove&#263;anog rizika .</p><h3><strong>Markeri koji idu korak dalje</strong></h3><p>Standardni lipidogram (ukupni kolesterol, LDL, HDL, trigliceridi) &#269;esto je <strong>nedovoljan </strong>za procjenu pravog rizika kod &#382;ene u tranziciji. Markeri koje vrijedi tra&#382;iti, osobito ako postoji obiteljska anamneza:</p><ul><li><p><strong>ApoB</strong> &#8212; broj aterogenih &#269;estica; precizniji prediktor rizika od samog LDL-a.</p></li><li><p><strong>Lp(a)</strong> &#8212; lipoprotein(a); genetski determiniran, mjeri se barem jednom u &#382;ivotu, a &#269;esto je &#8222;skriveni&#8221; uzrok ranog infarkta.</p></li><li><p><strong>hs-CRP</strong> &#8212; visokoosjetljivi C-reaktivni protein; marker sistemske upale koja raste padom estrogena.</p></li><li><p><strong>HbA1c i inzulin nata&#353;te / HOMA-IR</strong> &#8212; za rano otkrivanje inzulinske rezistencije, prije nego glukoza nata&#353;te uop&#263;e poraste.</p></li><li><p><strong>Omjer triglicerida i HDL-a</strong> &#8212; jednostavan, ali sna&#382;an surogat za inzulinsku rezistenciju.</p></li></ul><p><em>(Napomena: ovi markeri nadilaze osnovni nacionalni screening i o njihovom uvo&#273;enju odlu&#269;uje se individualno, s lije&#269;nikom) </em></p><h3><strong>Mo&#382;e li HNT za&#353;tititi srce?</strong></h3><p>Mo&#382;e, <strong>ali samo uz rani po&#269;etak</strong>(unutar 10 godina od menopauze, prije 60. godine) . U tom razdoblju HNT mo&#382;e usporiti napredovanje ateroskleroze, pobolj&#353;ati lipidni profil i smanjiti inzulinsku rezistenciju . Va&#382;no: HNT <strong>nije </strong>indicirana kao primarna prevencija kardiovaskularnih bolesti kod asimptomatskih &#382;ena ona se propisuje radi simptoma i prevencije osteoporoze, a kardiovaskularna korist je dodatna pogodnost pravovremenosti .</p><div><hr></div><h2><strong>5. &#352;to s tim sada  va&#353; sljede&#263;i korak</strong></h2><p>&#381;ena koja razumije svoje tijelo ne pita &#8222;&#353;to nije u redu sa mnom?&#8221;. Pita &#8222;koja je moja sljede&#263;a akcija?&#8221; Evo konkretnog plana:</p><ol><li><p><strong>Tra&#382;ite cjeloviti nalaz</strong>, ne samo &#8222;krvnu sliku&#8221;: lipidogram + ApoB (ako je dostupan), HbA1c, TSH, vitamin D, krvni tlak. Lp(a) barem jednom.</p></li><li><p><strong>Procijenite simptome iskreno</strong> &#8212; vodite dnevnik kroz mjesec dana (san, valunzi, raspolo&#382;enje, ciklus).</p></li><li><p><strong>Razgovarajte o HNT-u</strong> s lije&#269;nikom koji poznaje timing hypothesis i razliku oralno/transdermalno. Ako vam ka&#382;u samo &#8222;premladi ste&#8221; ili &#8222;to je stres&#8221;  tra&#382;ite drugo mi&#353;ljenje.</p></li><li><p><strong>Krenite s temeljima</strong> danas: trening snage, proteini, mediteranska prehrana, 150 minuta aktivnosti tjedno.</p></li></ol><p>Perimenopauza je razdoblje intenzivnih promjena, ali i prozor prilike. Ono &#353;to napravite izme&#273;u 40. i 60. godine oblikuje sljede&#263;ih trideset. Va&#353;e tijelo nije pokvareno. Ono se mijenja. <em>Mayo Clinic Proceedings</em> objavio je a&#382;urirane smjernice <em>Princeton IV Consensus Panela</em>. Ovaj panel je okupio vode&#263;e svjetske kardiologe, urologe, endokrinologe i specijaliste seksualne medicine s jednim egzaktnim ciljem: a&#382;urirati globalne smjernice za procjenu odnosa izme&#273;u seksualne funkcije i kardiovaskularnog rizika.</p><h3>&#128680; Klju&#269;na poruka: ED kao neovisni kardiolo&#353;ki alarm</h3><p>Erektilna disfunkcija vi&#353;e nije samo mu&#353;ki problem ili izolirano pitanje kvalitete &#382;ivota. Ona je slu&#382;beni, neovisni <em>risk-enhancing factor</em> za kardiovaskularnu bolest.</p><p>To zna&#269;i da mu&#353;karac s novonastalom erektilnom disfunkcijom u klini&#269;koj praksi treba dobiti istu razinu pa&#382;nje i napredne kardiolo&#353;ke obrade kao osoba s pozitivnom obiteljskom anamnezom infarkta prije 55. godine &#382;ivota.</p><p>Ova smjernica vrijedi potpuno neovisno o trenuta&#269;no urednom LDL kolesterolu, normalnom krvnom tlaku ili urednom EKG nalazu u mirovanju. Razlog le&#382;i u mikrovaskularnoj fizici. Arterije penisa imaju promjer od svega 1 do 2 milimetra, dok su koronarne arterije srca &#353;iroke 3 do 4 milimetra. Kada zapo&#269;ne proces o&#353;te&#263;enja unutarnje stijenke krvnih &#382;ila (endotelna disfunkcija), prve mehani&#269;ki otkazuju naju&#382;e cijevi.</p><h3>&#128300; &#352;to konsenzus eksplicitno zapovijeda lije&#269;nicima?</h3><ul><li><p><strong>Mjerenje ukupnog i slobodnog testosterona</strong> kod svih pacijenata s ED-om. Razina androgena izravno kontrolira ekspresiju sintaze du&#353;ikovog oksida (eNOS), molekule odgovorne za &#353;irenje krvnih &#382;ila. Bez adekvatnog testosterona, endotel gubi sposobnost vazodilatacije.</p></li><li><p><strong>Pro&#353;irenu lipidnu analizu</strong> koja obvezno uklju&#269;uje ApoB i Lp(a).</p></li><li><p><strong>Procjenu metaboli&#269;kog sindroma</strong> kroz markere rane inzulinske rezistencije.</p></li><li><p><strong>Procjenu koronarnog kalcija (CAC score)</strong> kod mu&#353;karaca izme&#273;u 40 i 70 godina radi rane detekcije asimptomatskog plaka.</p></li><li><p><strong>Uklju&#269;ivanje partnera</strong> u cjeloviti plan obrade i lije&#269;enja.</p></li></ul><p></p><div><hr></div><h2>&#128698; &#381;ensko poglavlje koje jo&#353; uvijek nedostaje</h2><p><em>Princeton IV Consensus</em> je primarno mu&#353;ki dokument i to je njegova najve&#263;a klini&#269;ka slabost. &#381;enski ekvivalent kardiolo&#353;ko-seksualnog konsenzusa u tom obliku jo&#353; uvijek ne postoji u medicinskoj literaturi.</p><h3>&#128201; Pad estrogena kao gubitak vaskularnog &#353;tita</h3><p>Me&#273;utim, biologija krvo&#382;ilnog sustava ne la&#382;e:</p><ul><li><p>&#381;ene koje u&#273;u u prirodnu ili kirur&#353;ku menopauzu prije 45. godine &#382;ivota imaju <strong>50 posto ve&#263;i rizik</strong> od kardiovaskularnih doga&#273;aja u usporedbi sa &#382;enama koje u menopauzu u&#273;u nakon 50. godine.</p></li></ul><p>Estrogen je primarni vaskularni stra&#382;ar u &#382;enskom tijelu. On izravno stimulira sintezu du&#353;ikovog oksida, odr&#382;ava elasti&#269;nost velikih i malih arterija te aktivno &#353;titi endotel od kroni&#269;nih upalnih procesa. Kada u perimenopauzi razina estrogena po&#269;ne naglo opadati, taj prirodni kardiolo&#353;ki &#353;tit nestaje, pa &#382;enska statistika infarkta u idu&#263;ih 7 do 10 godina susti&#382;e mu&#353;ku.</p><p>Smanjen libido, kroni&#269;na suho&#263;a sluznica i ote&#382;ano postizanje orgazma u perimenopauzi nisu tek usputne hormonalne tegobe koje treba prihvatiti kao dio starenja. To je potpuno isti mikrovaskularni i endotelni signal alarma koji kod mu&#353;karaca zovemo erektilnom disfunkcijom. Klitoris je embriolo&#353;ki homolog penisu, izgra&#273;en je od identi&#269;nog erektilnog tkiva i u potpunosti ovisi o mehanizmu dotoka krvi kroz mikrocirkulaciju. Budu&#263;i da svaka potencijalno opasna &#269;estica nosi to&#269;no jednu molekulu ApoB, ovaj marker precizno otkriva rizik od nakupljanja plaka u arterijama, &#269;ak i kada je standardni LDL prividno uredan.</p></li></ul></li><li><p><strong>8. Lp(a) &#8212; Lipoprotein mali a</strong></p><ul><li><p><em>Optimalno:</em> <strong>Ispod 30 mg/dL</strong> (Visok rizik je iznad <strong>50 mg/dL</strong>).</p></li><li><p><em>Klini&#269;ki kontekst:</em> <strong>Mjeri se samo jednom u &#382;ivotu.</strong> Ovo je strogo genetski modificiran marker na koji prehrana i tjelovje&#382;ba nemaju utjecaja. Po primanjima sam u gornjih 10% u Hrvatskoj. Pro&#269;itala sam stotine medicinskih studija. Pro&#353;la mno&#353;tvo seminara, kongresa, kompleksnih knjiga i odradila prezentacije stru&#269;nih radova. Niti na jednom me nitko nije nau&#269;io &#353;to napraviti s novcem koji za taj posao zaradim.</em></p><p><em>I kad sam prvi put ulo&#382;ila vlastiti novac i gledala kako mi portfelj pada 30% &#8211; srce ubrzano, gr&#269; u trbuhu, ruke na tipkovnici spremne prodati sve &#8211; shvatila sam <strong>tri stvari koje me od tada ne pu&#353;taju:</strong></em></p><ol><li><p><em><strong>Problem nije u meni.</strong> Financijska pismenost ne postoji u hrvatskim &#353;kolama osim me&#273;upredmetno. Hrvatska ne sudjeluje &#269;ak ni u PISA testovima iz financijske pismenosti. Moja mirovina &#263;e biti komadi&#263; onoga &#353;to zara&#273;ujem.</em></p></li><li><p><em><strong>Okru&#382;ena sam ekonomistima koji znaju sve formule.</strong> Ve&#263;ina nema zna&#269;ajnu investicijsku &#353;tednju. Poduzetni&#353;tvo je gotovo tabu.</em></p></li><li><p><em><strong>Istra&#382;iva&#269;i s vode&#263;ih svjetskih sveu&#269;ili&#353;ta</strong> &#8211; Northeastern, Stanford, Harvard, MIT &#8211; upravo su objavili studiju <strong>&#8220;Agents of Chaos&#8221; (2026.)</strong> &#8211; kada autonomnim AI agentima date stvarne alate i pustite ih da rade, razvijaju pona&#353;anja koja nitko nije predvidio: od curenja podataka do preuzimanja sustava. <strong>Raoul Pal </strong>(ex Goldman Sachs)<strong> </strong>je promijenio formulu za BDP &#8211; ulaze roboti, AI, energija. Naziva to &#8220;Ekonomskom singularno&#353;&#263;u.&#8221; Block (Jack Dorsey) je otpustio 40% ljudi. Dionica narasla 20%.</em></p></li></ol><p><em><strong>Pravimo se da problem ne postoji.</strong></em></p><p><em>Ekonomski fakulteti u&#269;e matematici novca. Ali novac, investiranje i poduzetni&#353;tvo nisu samo matemati&#269;ko-ekonomski problemi. <strong>To su biolo&#353;ki testovi.</strong> I zato svoju djecu ne u&#269;im samo financijama. U&#269;im ih neurofinancijama &#8211; gradim njihov <strong>Neuro-Portfelj</strong>.</em></p><p><em>&#8220;Kortizol ne pita za diplomu. Roditelji mi &#269;esto ka&#382;u: &#8216;Nismo u &#353;koli u&#269;ili ni gdje ulagati ni kako pametno tro&#353;iti, a pogotovo ne kako djecu odgajati da budu financijski obrazovani.&#8217;&#8221;</em></p><p><em>&#128483;&#65039; </em><strong><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/milan-horvat-0093a226/">Milan Horvat</a></strong><em>, pioniru hrvatskog tr&#382;i&#353;ta kapitala i osniva&#269;u FIMA-e<strong>.</strong></em></p><p><em>&#8220;Osobno bogatstvo ne stje&#269;e se vi&#353;e samo radom nego sve vi&#353;e i kvalitetnim upravljanjem rezultatom tog rada &#8211; imovinom. Stalno &#8216;civiliziranje&#8217; na&#353;eg genijalnog &#8216;primitivnog&#8217; genetskog naslje&#273;a nu&#382;no je da bi pre&#382;ivjeli u novim okolnostima koje proizvode nove tehnologije &#8211; i to je permanentni proces. Predator u mozgu: Va&#353;a biologija je va&#353; portfolio menad&#382;er</strong></h3><p>Sje&#263;am se to&#269;nog trenutka. Vidim kako mi portfelj crveni. Ruke se tresu. &#381;eludac se stegne. I dok moj prefrontalni korteks poku&#353;ava sastaviti logi&#269;nu re&#269;enicu, amigdala je ve&#263; donijela odluku: <strong>Prodaj. Sad. Sve.</strong></p><p>Nisam prodala. Ali ne zato &#353;to sam bila hrabra. <strong>Nego zato &#353;to sam znala &#353;to mi se doga&#273;a u tijelu.</strong></p><p><strong><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/raoul-pal-real-vision/">Raoul Pal</a></strong> neprestano upozorava: ulazimo u Eksponencijalno doba. Dr&#382;ave &#353;tampaju novac, valute gube vrijednost, a mi moramo rasti imovinom 8-12% godi&#353;nje samo da bismo ostali na istom mjestu. U roku od sekundi:</p><ul><li><p>&#129728; <strong>Srce ubrza</strong> &#8211; krv se preusmjerava u mi&#353;i&#263;e. Spremni ste za borbu ili bijeg.</p></li><li><p>&#129419; <strong>Gr&#269; u &#382;elucu</strong> &#8211; to nije metafora. <strong>Vagusni &#382;ivac</strong> (najdu&#382;i &#382;ivac koji povezuje mozak s crijevima) doslovno mijenja rad probave pod stresom.</p></li><li><p>&#129504; <strong>Logika pada</strong> &#8211; <strong>prefrontalni korteks</strong> (dio mozga za analizu i planiranje) gubi prioritet. Krv odlazi u starije, primitivnije strukture.</p></li></ul><p>U tom trenutku, vi vi&#353;e ne razmi&#353;ljate. Vi pre&#382;ivljavate. <strong>Evolucija je ovaj sustav oblikovala za savanu, ne za burzovni terminal.</strong></p><p><strong><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/drswetaadatia/">Dr Sweta Adatia</a></strong>, neurologinja i osniva&#269;ica Limitless Brain Laba:</p><p>&#128483;&#65039; <em>&#8220;Trading je 30% vje&#353;tina, a 70% mentalna igra. Strah dolazi iz dubljih mo&#382;danih struktura, a prefrontalni korteks mora biti preo&#382;i&#269;en.&#8221;</em></p><p><strong><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/andrew-menaker-phd-b2870323/">Andrew Menaker PhD</a></strong>, dodaje: pani&#269;ni potezi daju mozgu <strong>sna&#382;niji dopaminski udar</strong> nego strpljiva disciplina. <strong>Na&#353; mozak je biolo&#353;ki pristran prema brzom olak&#353;anju stresa.</strong></p><div><hr></div><h3><strong>&#127883; 2. &#8220;Sindrom 300 eura&#8221; i Epigenetika odgoja</strong></h3><p><em>Nedavno mi se menad&#382;er po&#382;alio:</em></p><p><em>&#8220;Moje 8-godi&#353;nje dijete dobilo je 300 eura, prebrojalo ih i mrtvo-hladno reklo: &#8216;Pa ovo je zapravo jako malo novca.&#8217;&#8221;</em></p><p><em>Kao lije&#269;nica, prepoznajem obrazac: <strong>dopaminski sustav je desenzibiliziran</strong> mozak tra&#382;i sve ja&#269;i podra&#382;aj za isti osje&#263;aj zadovoljstva. Dijete &#382;ivi u svijetu onoga &#353;to Yanis Varoufakis sjajno naziva <strong>Tehnofeudalizmom</strong> gdje algoritmi aktivno treniraju mozak za brze nagrade. Ne vidi znoj iza novca, ne razumije odgodu nagrade.</em></p><p><em>Ali tu dolazimo do onoga &#353;to me kao lije&#269;nicu potpuno promijenilo kao roditelja: <strong>Epigenetika</strong> (znanost o tome kako se geni &#8220;pale&#8221; i &#8220;gase&#8221; bez promjene samog DNA).</em></p><p><em>Istra&#382;ivanje Michaela Meanyja na McGill sveu&#269;ili&#353;tu pokazalo je da emocionalna klima u ranom &#382;ivotu mijenja samu gensku ekspresiju sustava za regulaciju stresa. (Napomena: rad je primarno na &#382;ivotinjskim modelima, ali smjer nalaza je konzistentan i s humanim istra&#382;ivanjima.)</em></p><p><em>Pojednostavljeno: <strong>&#8220;emocionalna klima&#8221; u va&#353;oj ku&#263;i nije samo pedago&#353;ko pitanje.
